Mid-March Madness:🔥🌊 😶‍🌫️🪐❤️‍🩹 3/12/23-3/20/23

The skies are busy in a way where multiple friction-filled transits coalesce in a short period of time. And I'm not even touching Saturn moving into Pisces or Pluto transitioning finally into Pisces, though of course these shifts add to the whole cosmic scene. Because of what I'm calling a mid-March Madness, we are susceptible to feeling all kinds of things and acting out because we feel off of our game. Note: if you take care of you, which is all you can do, you may notice other people feeling disoriented, overwhelmed, defensive and tired AF. This is likely not the week for high stakes conversations, major spontaneous decisions, big nights out at the bar or to take things personally. Keep calm and remember “it’s not all about you” because you might think so when your ego gets triggered. Hydrate and make sure you’re getting enough sleep! Below is a daily play by play. Late night Saturday/Sunday early am is a promising start to the week and so is Monday 3/20.

🗓️ SUNDAY 3/12

🎁 Jupiter Conjunct Chiron 14 degrees Aries, 12:54 am EST

Jupiter conjunct Chiron occurs about every 17 years and it marks the beginning of a potentially new healing cycle. Jupiter planet of abundance, wisdom, growth and our high minded beliefs rules things like deep study, teaching, preaching and travel. When it connects with Chiron, the asteroid often referred to as “the wounded healer”, one of our core wounds may literally have the opportunity for healing through Jupiterian experiences. Might you find yourself shifting your perspective and how you see yourself through something that you begin to study? Perhaps you find yourself about to embark on a travel experience and connect with sites, sounds, and people that open your heart to other perspectives. Or maybe you finally decide to genuinely consider publishing your book, blog or website and share with the world all of the knowledge and wisdom you’ve accumulated throughout the years. Any of these potential projects could propel growth in you and simultaneously offer healing. OMG I didn’t think I could, but I can! Because Jupiter is also the planet of unbound enthusiasm, be careful! With Jupiterian energy, you may find yourself getting started with something that feels great and big but is not necessarily pushing you in the direction you genuinely seek to grow. Know thyself. 🗓️ TUESDAY 3/14

☄️ 🌊 Mars at 25 degrees Gemini Square to Neptune at 25 degrees Pisces, 7:39 pm EST

Mars, the planet of our motivations and drive to get things done, is thrown off by the watery “we are all one” planet of Neptune. This energy can leave us feeling stuck. The projects that we are wanting to move forward with won't budge and it may feel unclear why. If you feel off and unsure why it’s hard to move forward, don’t force it. Roll with it. Mars and Neptune squaring off exact this week isn’t the best but hopefully it won’t feel as annoying or confusing once the skies clear up a little bit more next week.

🗓️ WEDNESDAY 3/15

☀️ 😶‍🌫️ Conjunct Neptune 25 degrees Pisces, 7:31 pm EST

Neptune, the planet of high minded spirituality, interconnectedness, compassion but also loose boundaries, saviorism and escapism, fogs up the clarity of the sun, our ego based reality, our purpose. Linear ways of being and thinking may feel cloudy. This may make us doubt our convictions, our self-worth and in general cause confusion, insecurity, paranoia and exhaustion. You may be susceptible to crawling back to escapist coping mechanisms. If you’re going to be on a Buddhist retreat, this will be great energy for that. But if you’re like the rest of us, drink water, listen to music that inspires you, and don’t make any major decisions. If you’re not a drinker, today is not the day to go out to the bar. In fact, if you are a drinker or into any kind of mind-altering substance, be careful not to overdo it. Take the non-linear meditative sober artistic route without needing to know the deep meaning.. yet.

🗓️ THURSDAY 3/16

✏️💬 🌊 Mercury Conjunct Neptune at 25 Pisces, 1:13 pm EST

Mercury joins in on the Sun/Neptune conjunction which unfortunately will only further muddle how we think about ourselves and really everything. We may struggle to communicate what we need to or we may struggle to understand others (note: we will also be tired.)

The Sun, Neptune, and Mercury will begin to disentangle from their conjunction on Friday, 3/17 as the Sun and Mercury keep moving.

☀️ ☄️ The Sun at 25 degrees Pisces Square Mars at 25 degrees Gemini, 2:10 pm EST

This doesn’t bode well for defensiveness. We may feel like we need to defend ourselves or others. The Sun in Pisces will want us to all feel connected and compassionate and Mars in Gemini will want to fight about the information we did or didn’t communicate, or did or didn’t understand. Count to 25.

💋🔋Venus at 29 degrees Aries Square Pluto at 29 Degrees Capricorn

Ok, so Venus Square Pluto – both at the aneuritic aka final 29th degree, especially for Pluto. Look out for power plays and struggles in relationships.

🗓️ FRIDAY 3/17:

🤔♟️☄️Mercury at 26 degrees Pisces Square Mars at 26 degrees Gemini, 12:45 am EST

These energies may reinforce the impulse to fight about our perspectives (literally don’t go to the bar Thursday night, call someone to reconcile, or go to a big family party where disagreements can be stirred unless you’re really looking for a fight.)

☀️ 🤔 The Sun Conjunct Mercury at 26 degrees Pisces, 6:45 am EST

With Mercury and the Sun meeting, our self-concept, the Sun, we may feel more attached to our perspectives and the way we think.

💕🪐 Venus at 1 degree Taurus Sextile Saturn at 1 degree Pisces, 6:25 pm EST

This isn’t a major transit but it’s a nice one thrown in the mess. We may feel a sense of stability and safety through our relationships and connections.

SATURDAY 3/18:

🗣️❤️‍🩹 Mercury at 29 degrees Pisces Sextile Pluto at 29 degrees Capricorn, 11:24 pm EST

This is also not a major transit usually but it is more significant given that Mercury, the planet of the mind and communication, is connecting with Pluto, the planet of depth and transformation at its final degree in Capricorn. This may offer an opportunity to have heart to hearts with others or have conversations that support deep connection.

🗓️ MONDAY 3/20:

☀️❤️‍🩹 The Sun at 29 degrees Pisces Sextile Pluto at 29 degrees Capricorn, 4:12 pm EST

Similar to the Mercury connection to Pluto, the Sun sextiling Pluto is a great opportunity to connect and perhaps to work through any misunderstandings from the previous week.
